• Aged and Disabled (A&D) Waiver Case Management

This is Golden Apple's area of expertise. Golden Apple Services advocates for the elderly and disabled population, setting clients up with supportive in-home support so that they can remain safely in their homes. Golden Apple is affiliated with a vast network of home care providers, medical equipment providers, and home modification contractors, and this ensures that all clients receive the personalized care that they need to remain safely in their homes. 

In addition to the A&D Waiver, Golden Apple is also state-certified to provide case management for the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) waiver.

• Notarization

Golden Apple Services has a commissioned notary public on staff who can perform the following notarial acts:

1) Taking an acknowledgement

2) Administering an affirmation or oath

3) Attesting to or witnessing a signature

4) Taking a verification on an oath or affirmation

5) Attesting to or certifying a copy of a document
