Indiana is divided into 16 sectors by the Indiana Association of Area Agencies on Aging (AAA). The map on the right outlines these boundaries.

Although certified to provide case management statewide, we are currently taking referrals in the following areas:

• Area 1: Lake, Porter, Newton, Jasper, Starke, and Pulaski counties

• Area 2: Laporte, St. Joseph, Marshall, Elkhart, and Kosciusko counties

• Area 3: Lagrange, Steuben, NOble, DeKalb, Whitley, Allen, Huntington, Wells, and Adams counties

• Area 4: White, Carroll, Tippecanoe, Clinton, Montgomery, Fountain, Warren, and Benton counties

• Area 5: Fulton, Cass, Miami, Wabash, Howard, and Tipton counties

• Area 6: Grant, Blackford, Jay, Madison, Delaware, Randolph, and Henry counties

• Area 8: Boone, Hamilton, Hendricks, Marion, Hancock, Morgan, Johnson, and Shelby counties
