Taylor M. Taylor, BA

Hello, my name is Taylor. I have a bachelors  degree in Psychology from the University of Saint Francis located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I have always been very passionate about helping others and happy to continue that passion of mine as the Care Coordinator. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, doing all the things with my kids, and traveling to new places as a family as often as we can. 

Tamarah Gordon, BGS

I am a compassionate and dedicated professional committed to providing top quality care to each person. I am a mom to 4 adult children and to 3 4-legged children. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my grandson, doing and teaching yoga, and dog training. 

Reggie Welch, BS

I was inspired to go into case management after working at a direct care facility. I began working in the Healthcare field in 2008. I've been working as a case manager for nine years. When I'm not working, I like to work in my garden, bowl, and hike. I also like to attend a few Cincinnati Bengals and Cincinnati Reds games each year. I'm happy to be apart of the team here at Golden Apple Case Management. I've had a warm welcoming from the community and I am eager to get to know everyone.

Kyle Huskins, MA, BA

Hello, my name is Kyle. I am a proud native of Indianapolis and double degree recipient from THE IUPUI. I have a passion for learning something new everyday and I am open to learning from unexpected sources. In my spare time, I like to read, watch television, and spend time with my family.

Tina Horn, BS

I graduated from Purdue Fort Wayne with Honors majoring in Human Services. I believe in meeting people where they are in life, seeking common ground, and finding strengths in every individual. This person-centered approach is essential in building a trusting relationship. In my downtime, I enjoy long walks in the woods with my dogs. I appreciate taking time to slow down and connect with nature.

Joel Richardson, BS

After moving back to Indianapolis in 2020 after college, I’ve enjoyed learning how to rock climb at the local climbing gym and also exploring Indiana’s state parks for hiking and/or camping.  When I’m not with family or friends, my 2 cats definitely keep me busy!

Amanda Mundy, BS

Hello, I am a compassionate person dedicated to helping others. Since graduating with my Bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in 2012, I’ve gained over nine years of experience with the Medicaid waiver program working for a home and community-based service provider. As someone with loved ones currently being served by the waiver program, my goal is to be the type of case manager I would want for my own family member: caring, competent, reliable, and willing to listen and advocate for their best interests. In my spare time, I enjoy binge watching Netflix, cooking, reading, and being a dog mom to my two dogs! 

Fatimah Sow, MSW

Having the compassion to help the most vulnerable population is what drove me into Social Work. I graduated from IU School of Social Work with both a bachelor and master degree. I enjoy working with senior citizens and making a positive impact in their lives. Besides my professional life, I am a mom of three beautiful and smart children. A boy and 2 girls. In my spare time, I love spending time with them. I’m excited to be among the team at Golden Apple Services. 

Karla Brown, MA, BA

Hello! My name is Karla Brown and I am eager to help provide quality services to our clients. I have extensive experience working with youth/teens, individuals with disabilities, and/or individuals in need. In my personal time, I enjoy shopping, listening to music, and family/friend time. I have a great smile to display my friendliness and social personality. Thank you for the opportunity to work with Golden Apple Services!

Deborah Anornu, MA, BA

From a young age, I have always had the desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others. This desire inspired me to get my bachelors degree in sociology and my masters in health communication.  I strive to be caring, dependable, and an advocate for the best interests of others. I indulge in various activities that bring me joy which includes cooking and baking. I am excited to be a part of the Golden Apple Family.

Nakia Muhammad, MS, BA

I am Nakia Muhammad, a Fort Wayne native. I completed my undergrad at Indiana University and my Masters degree at Indiana Tech. I enjoy helping people work towards a better quality of life. My passion outside of my profession includes sports, movies, and reading.

Kyle Smetana, BA

Hello there, my name is Kyle. I graduated from IUPUI with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. I’m passionate about working with those in my community and helping others. In my free time, I enjoy watching sports (go Raiders) and old movies. 

Sandra Nelson, MPM, BA

I have an extensive background in social services and strive every day to make a positive impact in people’s lives. If I can make at least one person smile every day, then it is a good day. I treat people with compassion, respect, and kindness. These three things are what I have found to be a fundamental part of client- centered case management skills. I look forward to serving the community each day. When I am not at work you can find me watching or attending sporting events. I also have a passion for bass fishing with my husband.
